General Shipping Policies
Orders are sent out as quickly as possible. Your purchase is expected to ship within 5-7 business days (Monday-Friday). You can expect to receive your purchase within 2-5 business days from shipment, and will receive an email confirming shipment which also includes a tracking number for your reference.
Domestic Shipping Policies
We are currently offering FREE shipping for all physical US addresses in the lower 48 states. We regret that we have not yet updating shipping costs to reflect prices for other US addresses, including APO addresses, PO Boxes, Alaska and Hawaii. Please inquire about shipping costs to those destinations before purchasing.
Insurance and delivery confirmation are included for all domestic shipments. We are determined to make sure that your purchase arrives safely to you in an efficient manner. We ship ONLY UPS Ground and/or USPS Priority Mail for all purchases. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, we take responsibility, not you. We will replace the items, if possible, or offer a full refund if necessary.
International Shipping Policies
We are currently offering international shipments to Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia, and will be adding more countries weekly. Please inquire about shipping costs if you are outside of Canada and we'll update the shipping fees promptly for your destination.
International shipping is via USPS Priority Mail International, and is based on the weight of the products you are purchasing. Please know that you will be responsible for any import fees that your country may assess upon arrival, including duties, taxes, customs clearance fees and brokerage fees. Please be aware of the fees for your specific destination, as we don't want you to be surprised at the fees when your package arrives! International shipments CANNOT be marked as GIFT, and the exact value that you pay for the item must be declared on the customs forms.
International shipments are insured until they leave the US. Once it has left the United States, we cannot be held responsible any longer.
Cancelation Policies
As your order begins processing the moment you place it, we cannot cancel orders.
Return Policies
Due to the constant fluctuation in supply and demand, we regret that we cannot take returns unless items are damaged or defective at time of delivery.
We stand behind the products that we sell, and naturally, will replace any damaged or defective goods if you, in rare circumstance, should happen to receive any.
What do I do if my package was damaged or defective?
IF you, in the rarest of circumstances, received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days using your preferred method below:

At that point in time, you will receive a Return Authorization number and we will provide you with further instructions. We absolutely cannot accept any returns without this, so please do not send back anything without thd magical RA number. ANY returns we receive without a RA will be refused, and sent back to you at your expense.
